Q: Who deals with equipment and utilities?

That is agreed between you and the operator before anything is signed. Most hosts include the existing kitchen equipment and split utilities. Your account manager will walk you through what is normal.

Q: What if it does not work out with the operator?

The agreement sets out notice on both sides. Because these are rental arrangements, you keep far more flexibility than a traditional letting.
